Not only can we build trust and connection over the course of a month, but you will receive the benefits of devoting yourself to a month of regular practice. This package includes a 20-minute intake call to clarify your goals, vision and starting point, and four weekly, subsequent sessions to meet your unique goals.

In our one-on-one sessions, you’ll receive undivided attention, personalized guidance, and a practice that caters to your needs. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, these sessions provide a space where you can move at your own pace, ask questions, and explore your body’s full potential.
I will work with you to understand your goals, whether it’s increasing mobility, improving strength, developing the mind-body connection, or relieving stress, and create a plan to get there. With personalized adjustments, modifications, and cues, each session will help you build confidence, improve alignment, and foster a deeper connection to yourself.
